Your files are processed on your device. Here is what the application stores and what happens when you visit this website.

Browser-local file processing

Member directories and sales files are read and matched in your browser. File contents, customer names, invoices, amounts, uploaded filenames, match results and review decisions are not sent to our servers. Exports are generated in your browser and saved by you.

What stays in this browser

IndexedDB stores your active workspace: imported matching fields, sales rows, match evidence, decisions and history, reporting month, saved column mappings, source filenames and export-generation history. Raw workbook bytes are not stored. This includes business data, not just preferences. Demo data uses a separate local workspace.

Use the same device, browser profile and website address to resume. Data is not synchronized or backed up to the cloud. A local preview and a public URL have separate storage. Private browsing, browser cleanup or storage eviction can remove saved work.

Your controls

Use Clear local data in the app to remove the current workspace and saved mappings. Demo storage is cleared separately from inside demo mode. Downloaded reports remain on your device. Storage is not encrypted by the application; other people using your browser profile may be able to access it. Use a trusted device.

No payment required

This public preview includes full export for free. We do not request payment details or start checkout. Future paid plans would require a separate, explicit purchase.

No analytics or AI matching service

This release has no application analytics, advertising trackers, session recording or external AI APIs. Invoice and customer contents are not collected for model training. No account is required.

Website delivery

Opening a public website requires downloading its pages and scripts. The static hosting provider receives ordinary web requests, including an IP address, browser information and requested page or asset path, and may keep operational logs under its own policies. These requests do not contain imported file contents or your review decisions. Do not put business data into website URLs. External links, such as the official member directory, follow the destination site's privacy practices.

Release information

Founding MVP v0.1. No checkout, user account or cloud file storage is included. Privacy behavior may be re-evaluated before any later release changes it.
