Review assistance

GoodBuy Sales Finder assists with data matching, organization, and report preparation. It does not determine whether a transaction is legally or contractually reportable. Users are responsible for verifying transactions and current GoodBuy contract requirements before submission.

Your reporting decisions

You retain responsibility for approving transactions and deciding what to report. Verify the current GoodBuy directory, your contract and current GoodBuy requirements. Review all software output before submission. No report is submitted automatically.

No professional advice

The software provides no legal, accounting or contract-compliance advice. Match status and the 2% reconciliation estimate are review aids, not eligibility decisions or a determination of amounts owed.

Limits of matching

There is no guarantee that all GoodBuy sales will be detected or that every suggested match is correct. Similar names, abbreviations, incomplete addresses, duplicate directory entries and outdated source data can cause errors. Possible member match and Needs review results require particular attention; Likely member match results also require your decision.

Your files and device

Use files you are authorized to process. Keep copies of source files and any reports you need. Local browser storage is not a backup service and can be lost when browser data is cleared. See the privacy page for storage details.

GoodBuy Sales Finder is not affiliated with or endorsed by GoodBuy Purchasing Cooperative. Founding MVP v0.1 is an early software release. This public preview is free, including full XLSX and CSV export. No payment details or account are required. Future paid plans may be introduced; no user is automatically enrolled or charged.
