Use the GoodBuy member directory to check customer identities
Looking for the official member list? Use ESC Region 2’s Members Directory. When comparing that list with invoices, check the organization and its location together rather than assuming every similar name is the same customer.

Where to find the official GoodBuy member list
The official Members Directory page is the starting point for public membership information. Follow the source link below rather than relying on a copied list on an unrelated website. This guide does not republish member contact details or present an independent list as official.
What is included in Sales Finder
The app bundles 594 public member identities from a verified official directory snapshot retrieved September 22, 2026. This is the snapshot’s count, not a claim that the live directory will always contain 594 members. Normal use starts by uploading sales; you do not need to find a directory file first.
The snapshot is not automatically refreshed. Check the official source when currency matters. Directory settings allow you to replace the snapshot with a newer workbook; inspect its column mapping and row warnings before using it. Your imported directory is processed locally.
How to identify possible GoodBuy member sales
Compare the invoice customer’s name, street address, city, state and ZIP with the directory candidate. An ISD abbreviation and its expanded school-district name may refer to the same organization, but initials alone are weak evidence. Do not substitute a billing contact’s personal name for the organization.
Consider parent organizations and sub-entities separately. A campus, department or facility may have a name that differs from its parent. Shared words, a shared ZIP or a nearby address do not settle the identity. Keep an uncertain row as Needs review until you can check the source records.
Resolve stale or conflicting information
If the invoice and directory disagree, review the original customer record and the current official directory. Preserve the original invoice fields in your records rather than silently rewriting them to fit a candidate. A directory identity match does not decide which purchases belong in a report; that requires your reporting review.
Common questions
Does membership mean every invoice should be reported?
A name match cannot establish that. Check the transaction and applicable official instructions before deciding what to report.
Will customer names leave my device?
The app compares your uploaded sales with the directory inside your browser. It does not upload the sales file or send it to an AI service.
